We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the book is in its original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that certain items, like discounted or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.
You may have ordered a crocheted item that is made after an order is placed! Not all items are made beforehand and kept in stock. Some items take longer than others to make - everything in our store is made by hand!

At the moment we only support shipping within the USA and to Canada. If you are willing to pay a higher price for shipping to any other country, contact us using the form above and I will create a custom shipping option for you.
Handwash only using a mild soap. Don't wring it out, gently press the water out onto a towel or two and let air dry. You may need to try and mold the stuffing inside back into a less-lumpy shape with your hands.
Since everything is made by hand, it may not be exact! We try our best to ensure that all items created match the shape. Also, certain listings have random colours used! For example, our classic Chicken Keychain. If you selected the multicolour option, the colouring will be random and not necessarily exactly as shown in the photos.
